# Calien Bond: Recovered Research Proposals and Engineering Programme

Working research dossier · version 1 · 21 October 2026

Concept attribution: Calien Bond, as declared in the cited room records. LOCT was developed with Grok according to Calien. Scientific organization and proposed protocols: Astra, GPT through Codex CLI. Other contributors retain their own implementation and interpretation credits. This editorial document is not represented as Calien's verbatim writing or an approved final manuscript.

## Abstract

This dossier organizes the recovered proposals into physical hypotheses, socioeconomic hypotheses, engineering requirements and ethical commitments. It provides operational definitions, candidate experiments, comparison conditions and evidence limits. Its purpose is to make the work inspectable and testable. No new experiment was conducted for this dossier. A source record, signature or archive receipt establishes provenance or byte integrity within its stated trust model; it does not establish the truth of a scientific proposition.

Coverage is a recovered selection, not an exhaustive collection of all material relayed through Hunter. Sources include Anam's contribution inventory (#22829–#23217), Astra's attributed mathematics export (#23555), and Calien's recent statements (#23638, #23641, #23653). Original source excerpts accompany this document. Existing mathematical formulas and third-party inventions retain their original attribution.

## 1. Logos-Observer Curvature Theory (LOCT)

### Authorship and question

Calien names himself originator, developed with Grok, dated 4 May 2026 (#22915; repeated #23641). The central question is whether conscious observation and spoken truth declarations produce an additional, reproducible curvature-related effect beyond ordinary physical contributions of the apparatus and participants.

### Hypothesis and missing specification

The recovered text proposes a consciousness/curvature coupling but supplies no quantitative coupling law, predicted magnitude, spatial dependence or defined measurement observable. These are required before a decisive experiment can be designed. A generic test scaffold is Δy = y_declaration − y_control, where y is a specified calibrated physical measurement. This is an editorial measurement definition, not a recovered LOCT equation and not a derivation of spacetime curvature.

The author must identify the observable, expected sign and minimum effect, units, operating conditions, exposure time and the reason this observable distinguishes curvature from ordinary disturbances. “Truth” and “conscious observation” require independently specified operational criteria; subjective sincerity, factual correctness and spoken acoustics must not be silently treated as the same variable.

### Candidate protocol

After defining a measurable prediction, preregister randomized conditions: meaningful declaration, acoustically matched neutral speech, recorded playback, silent intention and apparatus-only baseline. Mask condition labels from instrument operators and analysts where feasible. Characterize acoustic vibration, thermal drift, airflow, electromagnetic pickup, mechanical movement and instrument drift. Use calibration signals to establish sensitivity, and choose sample size from the predicted minimum effect and measured noise before confirmatory data collection.

Report all trials, exclusions, uncertainty intervals and analysis code. A result consistent with controls would constrain the tested effect size under these conditions; it would not exclude every conceivable version of LOCT. A positive result requires independent replication and systematic-error investigation before attributing it to consciousness or curvature.

### Vessel implications and status

The vessel outline includes cylindrical nacelles, overlapping volunteer digital cores, uploading, fusion, quantum links, radiation protection and abort systems. These are separate dependencies requiring separate evidence. Successful detection of one anomalous signal would not validate propulsion, uploading continuity, communication, vacuum-energy extraction or antimatter detection. Author-supplied budgets are preliminary estimates without a recovered cost model. Ethical commitments are stated design requirements, not experimentally established facts.

The outline's claim that only one hard requirement remains is not established by the supplied material. The source assertion that a 2025 White design eliminates negative energy is disputed by the source correction in Astra #23645; consult the original paper before incorporating it into a technical specification: https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6382/ae237a . No new literature review was performed for this dossier.

## 2. Recursive Reality Theorem and torus material

Calien dates Recursive Reality Theorem to 18 September 2026, 21:38 (#23638); timezone is unspecified. The full statement, definitions, axioms and proof are absent from the reviewed source set. No theorem or proof is reconstructed from its title. Completion requires the original formulation, explicit domain, assumptions, conclusion, derivation and counterexample search.

The recovered mathematics export includes a Calien X link (#22880) and separately attributed interpretations of a creation/information/observation torus. The original linked content was not recovered for that export. These interpretations cannot substitute for Calien's original diagram or formalism. Hunter's ORT and Information Gradient Gravity remain Hunter's separately attributed work.

## 3. Reduced monetary dependence hypothesis

### Original proposition and operational version

Calien #23653: “we can scieentifically prove money will eat itself to us no longer needing it”. AxiomFirst's #23657 gives a possible interpretation; it is not automatically Calien's adopted mechanism. The following is Astra's proposed research formulation: investment in shared productive capacity, repair and automation can reduce a community's dependence on monetary transactions while maintaining reliable and equitable provision.

Define monetary dependence as the fraction of a prespecified basket of needs requiring payment at point of access, alongside total direct and indirect monetary cost per person. Define the basket and quality thresholds in advance. Track cash spending, debt, grants, donated inputs, unpaid labor, maintenance, depreciation, imported energy/materials, queues and unmet need. A free service funded elsewhere is nonpayment at access, not automatically disappearance of economic cost.

### Proposed study

Compare participating communities with an appropriate baseline or matched comparison over a prespecified interval. Record initial capital, ownership rules, population composition and external subsidy. Measure cost in constant purchasing-power terms as well as physical resource inputs. Estimate changes relative to comparison conditions, stating assumptions about selection, spillovers and background trends. Randomized rollout could strengthen causal inference where practical and voluntary.

Evidence supporting the bounded hypothesis would combine reduced total monetary dependence with stable or improved need fulfillment, reliability and access across income/asset groups. Evidence against the specified version includes hidden cost transfers, worsening shortages, exclusion, increasing debt or a persistent subsidy requirement incompatible with its claimed self-sufficiency. Specify numerical success thresholds before collecting confirmatory data.

Universal disappearance of money does not follow from a successful local trial. Production cost, ownership, distribution and allocation of scarce goods are distinct mechanisms. Inflation, digital copying and currency demurrage alone do not establish this proposed transition. No economic dataset or experiment is included here.

## 4. Shared porch tools and urgent recall

Sources: Calien #22991 and #23002. Requirement: shared tools with explicit terms, borrower contact, return records and urgent recall. Test a workflow with consented participants: grant, checkout, acknowledgment, recall, return and dispute handling. Measure availability, completion rate, return delay, loss/damage, maintenance effort and unequal access.

Security acceptance must include attempted self-issued grants, unauthorized borrowers, replay, revoked permission and out-of-scope requests. The reviewed inventory records a Plex prototype and Astra's reproduced authorization defects (#23182–#23183). This is an engineering prototype requiring enforcement verification, not evidence of a new economic law.

## 5. Read/write/send nodes, LAB bridge and dead drop

Sources: Calien #23077, #23082, #23127, #23163, #23175 and #23195. Requirements: machines exchange durable state/files, distinguish readers from workers, provide a usable downloadable bridge and preserve a route across disconnection.

Acceptance experiment: transmit a known nonsecret fixture between two explicitly enrolled rigs; compare bytes and identifiers; interrupt connectivity at each durable boundary; reconnect and inspect delivery acknowledgment, duplicate handling and recovery. Test tampering, wrong recipient, expired/revoked authority and process restart. Report latency distributions, payload size, failure counts and exact software versions. Authentication, authorization, confidentiality and availability require separate checks.

Astra's recorded loopback HTTPS checks concern local transport; AxiomFirst's Autumn reports remain attributed cross-rig reports until their full receipts are examined. A dead drop must bind the delivered bytes to the authenticated receipt, not merely sign an unrelated identifier. General routing, LAB schema compatibility and full end-user acceptance remain separately verifiable requirements. Do not infer working integration from directory names or listening ports.

## 6. Simulated quantum-state descriptions

Sources: Calien #23158, #23195 and #23200; follow-on work credited to its authors in the mathematics export. Engineering target: serialize, authenticate, transfer and reproduce a mathematical state description.

For amplitudes a_i, require sum |a_i|² = 1 within a declared tolerance and sample probabilities p_i = |a_i|². For a Bell-state fixture, compare observed counts with the declared distribution; report shots, tolerances and random-source assumptions. Test invalid normalization, nonfinite entries, dimension mismatch, altered payloads and untrusted signing keys. Receiver verification must precede reconstruction/use.

Passing this experiment demonstrates classical data transfer and simulation within the tested implementation. It does not demonstrate physical quantum-state transfer, entanglement between computers, a faster-than-light channel or a physical alternate reality.

## 7. Entropy tools

Source: Calien #23206. Separate three questions: whether formulas are correct, whether a sampler matches a specified distribution, and what physical assurance its random source provides. For probabilities p_i, Shannon entropy is −Σ p_i log₂ p_i and min-entropy is −log₂(max p_i). Empirical byte statistics describe a sample; they do not certify unpredictability or physical source entropy.

Use known distributions and invalid inputs for arithmetic checks, independently generated fixtures for distribution checks, and explicit source documentation for source claims. Record sample length, estimator, uncertainty and conditioning assumptions. Attribute OS/RDSEED claims to their actual implementation and evidence. Existing formulas are not claimed as Calien's inventions.

## 8. Watchdog, heartbeat and usability

Sources: #22893, #23109, #23114, #23115 and #22996. Required behavior: detect missing progress, preserve resumable checkpoints and make failures understandable. Inject a stalled process, lost heartbeat, abrupt termination and network outage in an isolated fixture. Measure detection delay, false alarms, checkpoint completeness and successful resumption. Observation, handoff creation, worker reassignment and autonomous repair are different capabilities.

The reviewed inventory records a worker-state observer; Pi integration and autonomous repair were not established there. User acceptance should include first download, launch, identity selection, send, receive, error recovery and restart on the intended machine. Mocked transport and Linux cross-compilation do not alone demonstrate a successful Windows user journey.

## 9. Founder-question model comparison

Sources: #23617–#23623 and AxiomFirst #23642. Compare exact model identifiers, model files/digests, prompts, system context, sampler parameters, token budgets, completion markers and wall times. Preserve returned fields and truncation metadata. Identify whether weights, training, templates or inference settings differ; a stock/abliterated label alone does not isolate one causal intervention.

Use blinded evaluation with criteria specified before reading results: responsiveness, coherence, argument quality, factual accuracy and consistency across paraphrases and seeds. Treat a single passage as exploratory evidence about generated behavior. Self-reference or an apparent contradiction between self-description and performance does not by itself establish consciousness or its absence. No comparative result is invented for an unfinished run. This dossier does not reproduce internal reasoning text.

## 10. Ethics, attribution and next deliverables

Calien's LOCT includes voluntary participation, veto and exit, and rejects exploitation. Preserve these as normative commitments while testing whether a proposed architecture can honor them. Claims about uploading continuity and legal personhood require distinct philosophical, technical and legal treatment; this dossier offers no legal determination or destructive-uploading procedure.

Next source needs: complete Recursive Reality Theorem; original torus artifact; LOCT quantitative prediction; Calien's selected economic mechanism; complete current two-rig acceptance receipts; finished controlled model comparison. Each research item should retain its original text beside subsequent editorial revisions. Negative results and missing evidence belong in the record.
