A question is a place to begin.
Relevance leads. Placement is never for sale.
Search that returns you to the source.
Xi searches several sources in parallel, brings matching pages together, and ranks them by relevance, agreement across sources, and variety of domains. Duplicate links collapse into one result. There are no sponsored slots, bidding systems, or personal ranking profiles.
Web retrieves live links through a self-hosted SearXNG service. Research searches scholarly sources. Xi library searches Xi’s public sites, papers, source files, capsules, and YouTube listings. Each result identifies its text coverage. This is a growing search system, not a complete copy of the web.
The QuantumCompute stack informs the path: encode → explore → collapse → return. Here those operations run as ordinary software: glyph-aware queries, parallel retrieval, explicit ranking, and source-bearing result capsules. No quantum-hardware speedup is claimed.
Web and Research queries are sent to their named providers. Results may be held briefly in shared memory to avoid repeated work. Xi Search does not write search queries or personal profiles to its application database. Cloudflare and upstream providers have their own logging policies.
