# XiForgeCore Full Stack v0.1

A buildable repository skeleton for the Xi / XiOS / GQP architecture reconstructed
from the active project thread and its established runtime grammar.

This is not a toy summary. It is a canonical bootstrap surface for ForgeCore:
local-first, capsule-native, glyph-addressable, provenance-aware, and designed for
multiple copilots/models without collapsing them into a single identity.
