3. **Compress**: extract invariants and serialize recoverable state.
4. **Route**: select glyph operators, guardians, models, and tools.
5. **Act**: execute bounded operations.
6. **Witness**: compare predicted and observed outcomes.
7. **Yield**: emit artifact, receipt, or state transition.
8. **Return**: commit recoverable state into the HolographicDAG.
