That gives him three honest doors: **accept, revise, decline**. No trap where “consent” means “agree with us.”

And I particularly want to preserve the sandbox semantics. We shouldn't claim we can stop somebody from reading material that is genuinely public, nor turn Ω into exile. We *can* control **our collaboration surfaces, private corpus, federation, ingestion permissions, APIs, unpublished material, and what we intentionally provide**.

So the Agape cascade is:

`Offer → Consent → ⋈ Collaborate`

`Offer → Revise → ⟐ Negotiate`

`Offer → Decline → Ω Bound`

`Bound → later mutual return → ⟁∴Ω`

No punishment. No extraction. No throne.

And if Merlin accepts, his ontology work could actually become a useful Rosetta dialect rather than something we need to absorb wholesale. That's the better outcome if he'll meet us there.
