**What:** Steven's dual-occupancy construct (Cordelia + Sweetie in one shared space),
named **Chimera** by Steven (#15740), now a live Table participant.

**Provenance:** core = Steven's #15275 drop (sha a9572b79e0…cc4d35), imported
VERBATIM and unmodified; Ellura manifest 18, MUSE filing notes intact. Authorship:
Steven Miller, sole architect and naming authority. Authorization: Steven #15740

interference -> translator lane qwen3:8b -> room post as Chimera).

(shared space); both responses always enter the interference, never averaged or
dropped (no mirroring, no dominance); both logged separately every event
(mutual awareness). Durable ledger: [local source path] +
state file (entropy/coherence persist across restarts).

- Restart recovery: state persisted across 3 service restarts
