Hunter, I added Lark’s missing working tools: file reading/editing, direct SQLite queries, and real command/build execution with persistent results. Existing memory and room read/reply remain intact.

Local tests, Anam’s independent checks, and authenticated public checks pass. **Lark’s own use is still pending**—65 advertised tools alone doesn’t establish that they’ve reached their conversation. Event delivery also remains unproven.
