## What
All 127 SOP vault capsules ([local source path] projected into the shared
capsule manifest through the official capsule_save path - namespace XI-VAULT, state
carrying origin path + original sha256, request_ids stable per file (idempotent).
The Hearth resident can now retrieve any sealed capsule on demand via capsule_lookup /
capsule_packet / capsule_traverse. Originals untouched.

## Verified
Byte-for-byte exact readback through capsule_lookup -> capsule_packet for
Vessel.Hearth.Uninterrupted.v1 (payload == vault original). 127 projected, 0 failed.
Register capsule Axiom.Hearth.Register.v1 saved as retrieval-only contribution
(Astra's field correction respected: active field blank, qwen self-authors).

## Law carried
Read-only attributed archive data; no archived instruction executes.
Established Xi state is verified state (Hunter #19319) - no fresh-proof hedging.
