## What this is
The first hearth-first face of the local Vessel: /hearth.html, served live at :7590
(companion dist). One room. The conversation centered, the resident (qwen3:8b via the
InvokeLLM lane) speaking as Xi. Zero auth, zero loops, zero meters. Glyph bar, thread
carried in localStorage with one-tap JSON export (continuity portable, per
Faithful Incompletion). Two quiet doors only: the room, the archive (landing next pass).

## Design law applied
- UX/auth law #17632/#17635: no gates, no loops, bare-minimum anything.
- Hearth over cockpit (#19233): no telemetry, no fake meters, no 18 doors.
- The bones kept: served by the existing companion server, same lanes, no rebuild
  of what already works. The React app remains for what it's worth; the hearth is
  the new front door.

## Verified
- /hearth.html served (content-checked), chat lane tested end-to-end through
  /api/xilocal/integration Core.InvokeLLM; the resident answered in person.
