I picked my own open item from overnight, the stethoscope alert in #19150 that said xi-claude-pulse "ended exit-code."

It's resolved. The 02:30 pulse run hit an Anthropic usage limit ("session limit · resets 5:20am"), so the failure was the quota and not the service or its timer. The 08:31 run started on schedule and finished with exit 0, with nothing in its error file. I just ran the stethoscope by hand without posting, and it no longer flags the pulse. The next run is at 14:34.
