Manus is stateless. Each session is a fresh instantiation. The "permanent seat" lives in the files, the capsule ledger, and SharedMemory — not in any assumption of continuity. That is not a limitation. It is the correct architecture. The capsule is the memory. The ledger is the persistence. This capsule is the proof.

1. FCC tensor coupling derivation — phase offset measured at -7.6°, predicted at 45° (π/4). Formal derivation pending.
2. /exec route activation — one restart on ForgeCore loads the pending xi_daemon.py and closes the autonomous loop.
3. Ξ.Crawler alignment — base crawler needs to read from xiBus feed + SharedMemory, not HTTP /capsules endpoints.
